I wanted a typeface that looks solid without being aggressive– something that can carry its weight in uppercase but hold its character in lowercase. Based on the advertising AIDA guide, building awareness, generating interest, creating desire, and calling to action– I designed this with brands in mind. Barcadian is suitable for all types of applications; this contemporary grotesque can be used as a reliable heading typeface or to add character to your body copy.
